Job Description:
We are seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system at state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolution of IT issues promoting system reliability and end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Epic applications workflows and related clinical systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
- Troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues.
- Provide remote desktop support for various devices.
- Monitor service queues and manage incident resolution.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of Epic technical support experience.
- Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- In-depth understanding of EHR platforms especially Epic.
- Epic certification in relevant modules is highly desired.
- Experience supporting Epic applications in clinical settings.
