Job Description

Position: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: RTP NC (27709)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system at state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolution of IT issues promoting system reliability and end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Epic applications workflows and related clinical systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues.
  • Provide remote desktop support for various devices.
  • Monitor service queues and manage incident resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Epic technical support experience.
  • Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • In-depth understanding of EHR platforms especially Epic.
  • Epic certification in relevant modules is highly desired.
  • Experience supporting Epic applications in clinical settings.
