Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide on-site technical support to internal users for IT-related issues.
- Maintain and update a searchable knowledge base with technical documentation FAQs and How-To guides.
- Provision and deprovision IT equipment and user access during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Participate in IT projects including the rollout of new systems and solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions on IT cloud collaboration tools (e.g. Box Zoom Slack).
- Maintain and support on-site conference rooms equipped with Zoom Room technology and A/V equipment.
- Prepare equipment and conduct dry-runs with key leaders to ensure smooth operations during large meetings and company events.
- Perform regular IT audits verify account access logs monitor for suspicious email activities and report potential security risks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- May require some travel; position is onsite and requires local candidates.
