Analytics Team Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Remote Philippines ( Open to other regions )
Compensation: $1700 $2000 USD/month (based on seniority team scope and US time zone alignment)
Industry: Analytics / Operations
Schedule: Full-Time 12:00 PM 10:00 PM EST (12:00 AM 10:00 AM PHT) Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analytics Team Manager / Operations Manager to oversee and support a team of analysts. This role blends operational oversight with people management ensuring team efficiency accurate reporting and the professional development of top-performing analysts. The ideal candidate has proven experience in team leadership performance monitoring and process optimization in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the analytics team including tracking hours attendance and sick days.
- Monitor analyst training progress and development needs.
- Track and evaluate KPIs and performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
- Identify top performers and provide coaching or additional support to underperforming team members.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational or performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows processes and reporting standards.
- Provide mentorship guidance and support to analysts to drive growth and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a team in an operational analytical or managerial capacity.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret report on and act upon KPIs and performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools reporting systems or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
