What Youll Need
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or above) essential
- Cert IV in Health & Safety (or above) - essential
- Site Based Training mobilisation experience
- Mobile plant equipment training experience
- CMS monitoring and reporting skills
- Australian Drivers Licence mandatory
- QLD Coal Mining experience essential
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete NPC & Pre-Employment Medical
- Unrestricted Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not available)
What Youll Do
- Deliver and maintain training assessments & safety documentation
- Support and coach managers on safety systems & processes
- Monitor track & report safety and training performance
- Lead investigations & manage corrective actions
- Conduct audits inspections & injury management
- Ensure mobilisation and training compliance for all site personnel
