As a Service Advisor you will have:

Ability to drive service sales with a commitmentto delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
Strong listening & problem-solving skills
A positive proactive and courteous approach to customers and colleagues
An enthusiastic friendly and helpful attitude
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Excellent communication organisation and inter-personal skills.
Previous Service Advisor Experience in a High-Volume Dealership Environment desirable.
A Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
Ability to complete a successful National Police Check
