About the role
Mater Private Hospital Townsville is pleased to invite applications for the role of Quality & Safety Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to contribute to the ongoing excellence of our renowned hospital. We are offering a Permanent Full-Time role working 38 hours per week with a commencement date scheduled for January 2026.
The role involves providing support in delivering safe and high-quality care with a focus on creating a culture that values safety identifies vulnerabilities and integrates risk quality and safety functions. Reporting to General Manager the Quality and Safety Manager will be responsible for managing activities related to quality and clinical safety management accreditation and continuous improvement across Mater Private Hospital Townsville.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
