About the role
As a Performance & Process Advisor youll support the design review and optimisation of operational processes across onshore offshore and technology-driven models. Youll contribute to performance monitoring stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What youll do
- Support the execution of business models including offshore onshore and technology-based operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in reviewing and improving processes to reduce inefficiencies rework and fail points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor performance and remove barriers to execution.
- Maintain subject matter expertise to support operational changes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to governance activities including reporting documentation and risk mitigation.
What youll bring
- 2 years experience in Recoveries & Settlements Motor Claims or similar operational environments.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify performance opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks to meet business outcomes.
- Knowledge of claims processes and systems with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
