- Lead the price adjustment process across all BD teams globally.- Act as the central BD point of contact for ensuring our Keynote resources are consistent and align with Apples standards especially as that pertains to executive updates.- Ideate and develop a BD project management tool that brings consistency and rigor to how our partnerships are launched globally.- Support the emerging talent programs across BD specifically working to resolve our Career Experience and Intern placements.- Bridge between BD and Services Partner Marketing and working closely with our Infrastructure and Tool lead to use the soon to launch Services Partner Exchange ensuring our assets and processes are up to date. - Develop and maintain BDs experiential partner playbook a resource that will be used as we continue to focus on strategic white glove partnerships and experiences. - Additionally this role will support the BD Operations Support Manager by completing operational tasks including: Code requests facilitating code batch approvals and maintaining code batches; Purchase order creation; and the monthly invoice approval process.- Preparation of various manual performance reports primarily using Excel Numbers and Keynote;- Working with communication tools like WebEx phone Slack and email;- Working independently but confident asking questions along the way. It will require broad collaboration with people outside of our direct team.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience project managing initiatives across a variety of technical strategic creative disciplines on both the entertainment media and tech side of the business.
A strong foundation of navigating a highly complex functional organization.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and handle relationships across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in operations business development or strategic account management within media tech banking or consulting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop working relationships inside and outside of Apple.
Familiarity with Al tools and openness to exploring how technology can improve our work.
