Were seeking an experienced Team Leader with a proven track record in the Call Center / BPO environment to lead coach and inspire a high-performing operations team. Your role will focus on delivering operational excellence motivating your agents and ensuring quality in every interaction.
Base Salary: 1215/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 2400/year (150 monthly 150 quarterly)
Meal Allowance: 7.23/day
Transport Allowance: 20/month
