A fast-growing and innovative quantum tech start-up is looking for an Account Executive to lead commercial development in the Spanish market.

Your responsibilities:
- Generate commercial opportunities (inbound and outbound) in Spain
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and expansion
- Sell MVPs (algorithms-as-a-service platform memberships) and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
- Build trusted relationships with executives R&D leaders and innovators in sectors such as finance pharma logistics and energy
- Collaborate with technical marketing and legal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Support clients through PoC phases and convert them into long-term partners
- Create compelling sales materials and keep CRM data up to date
Ideal profile:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in start-ups or deep-tech environments
- Proven track record in closing complex deals (50000 tomonth cycles)
- Background in business or science (Physics Chemistry etc.)
- Fluent in Spanish (C2 level) and English (C1C2 level)
- Experience in quantum software sales or complex enterprise solutions (Blockchain SaaS etc.)
- Start-up mindset: proactive adaptable hunter profile and collaborative
