Job Description
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: MondaySunday 10:00-18:00 (varied 4h / 6h / 8h shifts)
Start date: 25 September 2025
Type: On-site full-time
About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant you will support users of Google services including Play Store gPay Google for Families Books and Movies. The role focuses on customer care and non-technical troubleshooting helping customers resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent service.
Requirements

Fluent Slovak and good English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts

Valid EU passport/ID or visa under consultation

Salary: 2400 BGN gross per month

300 BGN/month rental allowance during the contract
