About the Role
We are seeking a Slovak-speaking Solutions Consultant with good English skills to join a leading international customer support team in Sofia. You will assist users of various Google digital products providing high-quality support and guidance.
This role focuses on non-technical troubleshooting for services such as Google Play Store Google Pay (gPay) Google for Families Books Movies and other digital content platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer requests via phone email or chat in Slovak and English.

Assist users with issues related to:

App purchases subscriptions & refunds
-
gPay transactions and payment validation
-
Family accounts & digital content (books movies apps)
-
Basic account settings and usability
-
Provide clear accurate and friendly support.
-
Log case details and maintain accurate documentation.
-
Follow internal processes and service quality standards.
-
Contribute to a positive team culture in a multilingual environment.
Requirements
-
Native/Fluent Slovak (C1C2).
-
Good English skills (B2).
-
Previous customer support or service experience is an advantage.
-
Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
-
Ability to work full-time on-site in Sofia.
-
EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit is a benefit.
