What youll be doing
- Provide professional support and guidance for digital solutions and services ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Engage with customers via phone email and chat to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Meet service level agreements and performance metrics (call handling time first-contact resolution satisfaction scores)
- Collaborate with team members share best practices and contribute to knowledge-base improvements
- Stay up to date with product updates industry trends and system processes
What were looking for

Fluent Czech (C1) and solid English (B2/C1)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills customer-service mindset
- Ability to follow structured processes use digital tools and adapt quickly to new technologies

- Team-oriented proactive comfortable with change and maintaining composure under pressure
