What youll be doing

• Provide expert technical consultation and hands-on support for Danish-speaking clients helping them solve hardware software connectivity and infrastructure challenges
• Translate technical jargon into clear actionable guidance and walk customers through diagnostics solutions and next-steps
• Use CRM systems ticketing tools and other platforms to log issues manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialist teams while maintaining clear communication and customer follow-through
• Partner with product support and engineering teams to feedback customer insights suggest process improvements and help drive service excellence
• Stay informed about new technologies industry shifts and emerging tools to continually enhance your skill-set and service offerings
• Maintain high metrics around customer satisfaction resolution time and service quality

What were looking for

• Fluent in Danish (C1C2) and strong English (B2C1) both spoken and written
• Previous experience in technical support IT help-desk solutions consulting or a related role where you handled technical issues and customer interaction
• Comfortable working with hardware software networks or eager to learn quickly in a technical environment
• Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex issues simply listen actively follow structured processes and maintain composure under pressure
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability; structured organised and proactive in driving outcomes
• Team-oriented yet independently motivated with a customer-first approach

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the hiring country is mandatory
