About the Role
We are seeking an Icelandic-speaking Solutions Consultant with strong English skills to join our Customer Care team in Sofia. You will support users of Googles digital services and ensure they receive friendly accurate and fast assistance.
This is a non-technical support role focusing on helping customers with Google digital platforms including:

Google Play Store
-
Google Pay (gPay)
-
Google for Families
-
Google Books Movies & other digital content
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide support in Icelandic and English via phone chat and email.

Assist customers with app issues digital purchases subscriptions refunds and account questions.

Support users with gPay transactions and payment-related queries.

Help families set up parental controls and manage Google Family accounts.

Document cases and follow internal processes accurately.

Deliver excellent customer experience in a multilingual and dynamic environment.
Requirements

Native/Fluent Icelandic (C1C2)
-
Good English communication skills (B2)

Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong communication empathy and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work on-site in Sofia.

EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work authorization preferred.
