About the Role

We are looking for a Czech-speaking Solutions Consultant with strong English skills to join an international customer care team in this role you will support users of Google services such as Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books Movies and more. This is a non-technical troubleshooting position focused on delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone email and chat for Google digital services.

  • Assist customers with issues related to app purchases subscriptions payments family accounts digital content and account settings.

  • Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting for non-technical issues.

  • Maintain accurate case records and follow internal procedures.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Czech (C1C2).

  • Good English proficiency (B2).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work on-site in Sofia.

  • EU citizenship or valid working permit for Bulgaria is an advantage.
