About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in this role youll support clients with their travel inquiries assist with bookings and ensure each traveler enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving communicating with people and has a passion for travel.
Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options bookings and itineraries

Assist with reservations for flights hotels cruises and vacation packages

Provide timely support to resolve questions or concerns before during and after travel

Research destinations and promotions to recommend the best options for clients

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
