Job Summary

Strong customer service oriented professional that is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both internal and external customers. Possess flexibility within a team environment or individually with minimal supervision in a fast paced culture.


Position with be 2nd Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm

Professional etiquette dealing both face to face communication as well as via telephone and email
Heavy telephone and email communication to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and update when deviations occur
Daily customer order pick creation
Entry level material planning

Communication with both internal and external customers
Drive to seek resolution to variances by going to the source
Transportation scheduling for both daily and expedite services utilizing customer websites and freight forwarding websites
Office duties: filing faxing scanning
Maintain and abide by records retention procedures per Central Directives
Knowledge of what an escalation processes is and reasons
Ability to problem solve utilizing the 5 Whys or 8D formats
A team player that can effectively back up others as needed
Other duties as assigned


Qualifications :

High School Diploma or related discipline preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment required
Excellent computer skills and working familiarity with multiple software packages preferably MS Office and SAP ERP software packages
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient professional manner
Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction
