Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences At our Customer Service Centre (CSC) we believe in a vision where our customers only have to ask once. Were committed to reducing customer effort ensuring smooth and efficient interactions and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Support Representative to support us in providing timely accurate and high-level customer support. Youll manage queries via calls emails and chats ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
This is a six month part-time fixed-term position based at our Customer Service Centre in Mt Wellington Auckland. The standard hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a Saturday shift from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Youll begin with approximately eight weeks of in-office training. This will run Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. At the end of the training period youll go through a sign-off process. Once successfully signed off youll transition to our hybrid work model: 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office each week continuing with your standard hours.
We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile on every call ensuring our customers feel valued and heard. Our dedication to Customer Satisfaction means youll be empowered to make every interaction a positive one delivering a smile through the phone and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls emails and chats from customers.
- Execute the CRM framework during customer interactions.
- Resolve issues inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Occasionally assist with outbound calls.
Qualifications :

Your strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and commitment to outstanding service will be key in this position.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years of previous experience in a customer contact role in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility and a willingness to do what is needed to complete the requirements of the role.
