Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify approach and convert high-net-worth individuals families and corporate clients into long-term customers. Maintain a log of leads and follow up with clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders such as venues luxury brands influencers wedding vendors and planners to generate consistent referrals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Networking & Representation:
Represent organization at luxury events expos trade shows and networking platforms to promote brand awareness.
Partnership Development:
Establish strategic partnerships with luxury service providers hospitality groups and influencers to enhance offerings and reach.
Market Research & Intelligence:
Analyze industry trends competitor activities and client preferences to inform decision-making and spot new opportunities.
Decor Designing & Operations:
Conceptualising and designing decor setup and being part of the team during execution on site.
Client Onboarding:
Work closely with internal planning and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project handover after acquisition.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (35 years) in business development or sales preferably in corporate events luxury weddings hospitality 4-5 star hotels or high-end services.
Strong network within the wedding or luxury events industry is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and cater to the unique tastes and preferences of luxury clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required.
