Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Client Management Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution for the Lahore team Onsite for timings 12pm-9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily communication with clients and promptly address their queries.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to add value.

Prepare reports updates and presentations to share with clients and management.

Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the relevant teams.

Support senior management in handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Keep organized records of client information and communications

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

02 years of experience in client servicing account management or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
