Job Summary
Location: Antrim
Hours: 14.5 per week (over 2 days 08:30 16:30) working pattern to be agreed upon appointment
Contract: Permanent

Are you passionate about helping people on their journey to recovery and building skills for better mental health
Were looking for a dedicated Skills Coach to join our team and deliver high-quality training and support to people living with mental health needs.
In this role youll plan and deliver engaging sessions that empower people to build confidence resilience and independence. Youll provide one-to-one and group support helping individuals develop practical tools to manage their mental health and move forward in their recovery journey.
Were looking for someone with excellent communication and facilitation skills and a genuine passion for supporting others. Experience in training in a group setting is essential but whats most important is your ability to motivate listen and adapt to meet the needs of each person you support.
