About the Role
As an Exam Invigilator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure running of internal and external examinations. Responsibilities include:
Setting up examination rooms and distributing materials
Supervising students during exams to ensure all regulations are followed
Providing a calm and supportive presence to help maintain a focused environment
Assisting with collecting counting and securing exam papers
Ensuring exam conditions meet JCQ and school policies
Responding to queries and issues during the examination as required
Working effectively with the Exams Officer and wider team

This role offers flexible hours with sessions available during mornings and afternoons depending on the exam timetable. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Experience and Qualifications
No specific qualifications required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational ability and attention to detail
Reliability punctuality and a calm manner essential
Ability to follow procedures and safeguarding expectations
Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary
Paid hourly according to the schools support staff pay structure.
