Job Summary
Introduction
Law firm in Pretoria is looking for a Commercial Attorney (4 years post article experience)to join their team.
MUST be a commercial law specialist with experience in this specific field of law
- Position available for a dynamic attorney with 4 years post article experience specialising predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters:
- LLB degree
- B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
- Strong contract drafting skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As Corporate Finance Private Equity Deal Structuring Transactional Tax etc.).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
- Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word Excel etc.).
