Job Summary

Description

Our client a leading property development and construction group is seeking an experienced Senior Wet Trade Foreman to oversee and manage all wet trade operations on prestigious high-end residential and commercial developments in Cape Town.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience supervising wet trades on building projects
Extensive hands-on experience across all wet trade disciplines
Demonstrated track record on high-end residential and/or commercial developments
Experience managing large wet trade teams
Proven ability to deliver quality workmanship consistently
High-end residential developments (apartments townhouses luxury homes)
Commercial building projects
Multi-storey building construction
Face brick and architectural finishes
High-quality tiling and finishes
Valid drivers license
