MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- A relevant degree in Business Management Agricultural Economics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred but not essential
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a commercial management role preferably within the agriculture food production or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in managing packhouse operations logistics and/or distribution channels is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering on financial and operational targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED- Strong commercial acumen coupled with exceptional analytical ability to align market trends customer needs and business performance.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting financial analysis and cost management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or inventory management software.
