Position : Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist

Work Hours : Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Timezone : EST
Holidays : South Africa public holidays
Pay Range : USD 1000 - 1500/per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial property acquisition opportunities aligned with Dove Storages strategic growth objectives.
• Conduct market research demographic analysis and competitive assessments to determine site viability.
• Perform financial modeling and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements leases and other contractual arrangements.
• Coordinate due diligence activities including environmental assessments zoning reviews and property inspections.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance legal operations construction) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective properties and track acquisition progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers developers and municipal officials.
• Stay informed on market trends zoning regulations and industry developments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous Experience in Commercial Real Estate or related field
• 3 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition preferably in self-storage retail or industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of zoning laws permitting processes and property valuation methods.
• Ability to travel as needed to evaluate potential sites.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
