- Position based at Mount Pleasant District Hospital and Gumeracha DSM Hospital
- Salary: ASO2 $30.01 - $32.28 per hour 25% casual loading
- Casual Pool
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING
Are you ready to step into a role where your organisational skills and friendly approach truly make a difference As an Administration Officer in our Casual Pool youll be a vital part of our healthcare team helping to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes at Mount Pleasant Hospital and Gumeracha Hospital.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of casual work while supporting your local community. From patient admissions and reception duties to records management and general admin your day will be varied fast-paced and rewarding.

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is in Mount Pleasant and Gumeracha). - Are you confident using Microsoft Office and data entry systems and able to learn new processes quickly

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
- Provide exceptional customer service at front-of-house and over the phone supporting patients visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with admissions discharges and data entry into our clinical systems.
- Support theatre and ward administration ensuring all paperwork and communication processes are timely and efficient.
- Work flexibly across departments contributing to a positive team environment and helping improve systems and services through continuous improvement efforts.
