About the Role:
The Registered Nurse is a member of the multidisciplinary health care team and uses contemporary standards and evidence to underpin practice. Being part of a multidisciplinary team staff members will provide high quality nursing care for all patients/residents.
This position will provide a high quality and effective service of assessment support advice and referral to enhance health safety and well-being through involvement with patients and their carers.
Yarrawonga Healths clinical staff function as part of the healthcare team at times working across disciplines promoting good communication and working relationships between all units.
We are a small rural hospital that functions as one team clinical staff may be relocated to other areas within the service to assist at times of roster shortages.
