WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience to join our team in a unique role that blends traditional nursing responsibilities with clinical operations and member support.
This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives on both direct patient communication and behind-the-scenes clinical process improvement. You will play a key role in reviewing escalated results communicating with members about their clinical queries and outcomes and working with our doctors to refine workflows that ensure high-quality timely and safe care delivery.
Responsibilities
Clinical Review & Escalations
- Triage and review escalated test results and clinical queries.
- Communicate results and clinical information to members in an empathetic clear and accurate manner.
- Escalate findings to Everlab doctors as appropriate ensuring members receive timely next steps.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all clinical interactions.
Workflow Development & Clinical Operations
- Contribute to the design testing and refinement of internal clinical workflows.
- Assist in implementing systems and processes that improve efficiency safety and member outcomes.
- Retrieve and prepare pathology imaging and diagnostic results for review by medical staff.
- Support the development of clinical protocols templates and best-practice guidelines.
Member Communication & Support
- Act as a trusted clinical contact for members regarding results and health queries.
- Provide evidence-based health education within scope of practice.
- Ensure members feel informed supported and engaged in their preventative health journey.
REQUIREMENTS
Critical
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital primary care or specialist setting.
- Strong understanding of pathology results clinical workflows and multidisciplinary care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain medical information simply and empathetically.
- High level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with digital health platforms and operational systems.
- Commitment to professional standards confidentiality and safe clinical practice.
Desirable
- Experience in clinical governance workflow/process development or quality improvement.
- Background or strong interest in preventative health and longevity medicine.
- Experience working in hybrid or telehealth environments.
