Transaction Associate Manager
Job Description Summary
The Transaction Associate Manager is a key member of the West Region Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) team responsible for managing and analyzing complex real estate transactions across the portfolio. This exempt role combines the coordination expertise of a Senior Transaction Coordinator with the analytical rigor of a Transaction Analyst ensuring seamless execution strategic insights and operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Job Description
Transaction Coordination
- Lead end-to-end coordination of real estate transactions support including acquisitions dispositions lease renewals and relocations.
- Support communications among internal stakeholders brokers transaction managers legal teams and landlords to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
- Maintain and update transaction trackers project timelines and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for use in presentations and meetings speak to market information coordinate financial analysis and draft and/or comment on RFPs LOIs and approval packages.
- Provide exceptional client service at all levels internally and externally track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates. Manage smaller transactions where appropriate.
Transaction Analysis
- Review and understand broker market surveys and deliverables prior to client delivery and complete portfolio reporting (e.g. data manipulation spreadsheet formatting) for client(s).
- Conduct transaction analysis and modeling to support transaction decisions.
- Evaluate market data occupancy trends and portfolio performance to produce relevant real estate reports.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing client-ready presentations deal packages and/or relevant reports.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for real estate transactions.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance transaction efficiency and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the transaction process.
- Provide regular reporting and presentations to leadership on transaction status risks and opportunities.
- Input commission information into C&W revenue reporting system and assist with reporting functions.
- Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Real Estate or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g. CCIM PMP) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in real estate transaction management coordination or analysis.
- Strong understanding of lease structures real estate finance and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and transaction management platforms (e.g. CoStar).
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Work Environment & Expectations
- This is a full-time exempt position with occasional travel required.
- Hybrid work environment with at least two days per week in a client office (Bay Area CA) based on business needs.
- Expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $97750.00 - $115000.00
