Are you ready for the next phase of your growth
Our Business Development team is working with large enterprises spread across the North Americas (70%) EMEA (20%) and APAC (10%) regions. We are looking for a stellar BDR to join our fast-growing team.
What will you get to do
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify and engage stakeholders within existing Whatfix customer accounts.
- Understand customer use cases and organizational structure to surface relevant expansion opportunities.
- Conduct research outbound prospecting and qualification to generate high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
- Personalize outreach across channels (email LinkedIn phone) tailored to German-speaking prospects and decision-makers.
- Track and manage all activities through Salesforce and ensure CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and use cases that resonate in the DACH market.
- Stay current on product developments competitive landscape and DAP trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Meet or exceed quarterly SAL (Sales Accepted Leads) and opportunity creation targets.
What you should have
- 2 years of experience in a Business Development Sales or Inside Sales role in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Native or professional fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
- Experience working with EMEA clients preferably in the DACH region.
- Prior exposure to cross-sell/up-sell motions within customer accounts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) LinkedIn Sales NavigatorOutreach or similar tools.
- A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
