- Work Hours: Rotational Shifts (including possible night shifts based on client geography)
Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will support global sales and staffing operations by identifying client prospects generating leads building relationships and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive mindset and the ability to work with international clients in the staffing and recruitment domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in global markets through research outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for staffing and recruitment services.
- Conduct cold calls emails and follow-ups to establish initial contact with decision-makers.
- Present company capabilities solutions and value propositions to international clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals presentations and client documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of information and service updates.
- Track global staffing trends competitor offerings and industry insights.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the BD Manager.
- Manage and update leads interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach activities and progress toward targets.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing HR International Business or related field (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development Sales Recruitment or Client Relations
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent accent-neutral verbal and written communication skills (must-have).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with global clients.
- Basic understanding of staffing/recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High energy learning mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have skills
- 1 year of experience in business development inside sales recruitment sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with global clients.
- Clear understanding of staffing or recruitment processes.
- Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and generate interest.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot and email automation platforms like HubSpot Marketing ..
- Strong research and analytical skills.
