Job Summary

Location: India Hybrid 3 days week from LTIM office

Work Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Experience Level : 8 years

Required Skills

- Proven experience in PC Insurance especially Commercial Lines Auto Property GL Workers Comp
- Ability to Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across underwriting claims and policy administration
- Translate business needs into clear actionable Epics Features and User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Analyse and optimize business processes related to rating endorsements renewals and claims
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product owners developers QA and data engineers
- Work extensively with Insurity Data House to analyse workflows business rules
- Handson experience with Insurity Data House or similar platforms
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira Rally or Azure DevOps
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed in creating comprehensive documentation

Secondary Skills

- Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake will be plus
- Experience in API mapping and data transformation will be a plus
