- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving storage dispatch and stock control.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
- Conduct internal recruitment staff assessments and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports for management.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations stock management and logistics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 5 years experience in warehouse supervision (automotive sector preferred).
