Job Summary

Our client in the automotive sector is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations.

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving storage dispatch and stock control.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Conduct internal recruitment staff assessments and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports for management.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse operations stock management and logistics.
Ability to conduct staff recruitment assessment and performance management.
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 5 years experience in warehouse supervision (automotive sector preferred).
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.
