Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities maintaining strong client relationships and promoting the companys construction services. The role requires a results-driven individual with proven experience in sales and marketing particularly within the construction or related industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders.
  • Promote the companys services through digital advertising campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and emerging trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and project updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Attend industry events site visits and networking opportunities to build market presence.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales preferably within the construction industry.
