Project Manager - Required certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization. Scrum Master a plus.
Key Responsibilities: -
Lead and manage the PEMS Plus Credentialing integration project ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Coordinate with Provider Services PEMS Sprint Teams external vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Develop maintain and monitor integrated project timelines and milestones ensuring that dependencies across related projects are tracked and communicated.

Report progress risks issues and mitigation plans to governance committees management and other stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings document decisions and ensure efficient communication across technical and non-technical teams.
-
Oversee testing validation and integration activities while ensuring that requirements are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Develop strategies to identify assess and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
-
Ensure adherence to federal and state policies strategic plans and compliance requirements.
-
Manage and mentor project team members assigning tasks and tracking progress.
-
Support other related Provider Services activities as required.
Required Qualifications: -
7 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects including system integration resource planning and vendor management.

7 years of experience with Medicaid systems including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving policy evaluation and delivering solutions within tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Experience in project planning goal setting and performance evaluation aligned with organizational and federal directives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Project Outlook.

Ability to independently perform complex tasks with a high degree of creativity and judgment.
