Tasks
As an AI Developer you will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge AI solutions for business application development as well as native AI functionality.
Your tasks will include:
- Develop state-of-the-art software components using our own generative artificial intelligence framework.
- Drive the full cycle of agentic AI development from start to finish including requirement specification development and evaluation.
- Collaborate with product teams to define features and enhancements that meet the needs of both current and future customers
Requirements
- Educational Background: University degree in computer science or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or Typescript. Experience in prompt engineering working with LLMs and state-of-the-art technologies like MCP.
- Mindset: Strong inclination towards leveraging AI to solve real world problems for both business users and developers while valuing the importance of code quality and ownership.
- Domain Interest: Enthusiasm for working with business accounting and financial software. An understanding of ML concepts and statistics.
- Communication: Fluency in English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Work Ethic: Reliable and meticulous approach to work with a high degree of quality awareness and business acumen.
