Key Responsibilities:
- Source evaluate and select suppliers based on quality price and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
- Analyze market trends to make informed procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast and meet procurement needs.
Key Skills:
- Strong negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of procurement software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 3 years experience in procurement preferably in manufacturing or building materials.
