Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator/Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will handle office administration company filing and various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration:

    • Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
    • Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and documents.
    • Coordinate office activities and events.
  • Company Filing:

    • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of company documents.
    • Manage confidential information with discretion.
    • Handle document retrieval and archiving.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Personal Assistance:

    • Provide administrative support to senior management.
    • Manage calendars appointments and deadlines for executives.
    • Conduct research and compile information for projects.
    • Assist with personal tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator PA or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or PA are a plus.
