- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and documents.
- Coordinate office activities and events.

- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of company documents.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Handle document retrieval and archiving.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Personal Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Manage calendars appointments and deadlines for executives.
- Conduct research and compile information for projects.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Administrator PA or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or PA are a plus.
