Job Summary
Our client is seeking a young and dedicated IT Administrator to manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring networks and servers installing and configuring hardware and software ensuring security protocols and providing IT support to staff.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain computer networks and servers for optimal performance.
- Upgrade install and configure hardware and software to meet company needs.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and IT infrastructure.
- Create and manage user accounts and access controls.
- Perform diagnostic tests troubleshoot problems and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Backup and archive data regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement data recovery procedures.
- Document processes related to IT systems changes and troubleshooting.
- Provide IT support and training to employees.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in IT administration.
Key Skills :
- Minimum of 2 years in IT support or system/network administration roles.
- Experience managing and maintaining enterprise IT systems including hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration troubleshooting and security management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a related field.
- Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified Cisco CCNA Oracle or CompTIA certifications are highly desirable.
