Job Description
Join Manulife as a DevSecOps Specialist and be part of a diverse team that excels in innovation and excellence! We are looking for individuals who are ambitious diligent and ready to take on the challenge of delivering outstanding solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Development:
- Implement tools and technologies to streamline processes
- Test new systems and applications for efficient performance
- Automate key security processes to improve efficiency
- Build innovative solutions for a secure and efficient organization
- Security:
- Identify security holes and potential breaches proactively
- Develop robust security strategies and controls
- Mitigate risks and vulnerabilities effectively
- Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization
- Operations:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations
- Align processes with relevant standards and regulations strictly
- Monitor the overall network and security infrastructure meticulously
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
- Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
- Amenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (night shift; but flexible depending on business need)
Required Qualifications:
- Solid grasp of security concepts and principles
- Solid understanding of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
- Proven knowledge of the best security practices
- Adeptness in the architecture of applications
- Expertise in programming languages
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
- Technical proficiencies in relevant areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins or GitHub
