Key Responsibilities: o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. o Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals. o Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. o Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. o Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional recruitment process. o Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed. o Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications. o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. o Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. o Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practice
