Technical Recruiter - Intern
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Maharashtra

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic high-energy individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and a chance to learn modern hiring tools in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process understanding job requirements sourcing screening coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Source & attract candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit.
-
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates & hiring managers.
-
Maintain accurate data in recruitment trackers / ATS.
-
Assist in offer rollout pre-joining engagement and onboarding activities.
-
Contribute to employer branding activities referral drives and campus hiring initiatives.
-
Prepare & share recruitment reports dashboards and metrics.

Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Who Can Apply

Minimum Qualification: Graduate or pursuing a degreein Computer Science or Information Technology.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
