Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our Propulsion EVS team located in Everett Washington.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Propulsion EVS team as a key component in advancing our automation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of automation technologies and methodologies playing a crucial role in enhancing our production processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines

  • Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

  • Acquires resources provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes

  • Manages develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support

  • 1 years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals

  • Ability to optimize organizational structure and operating rhythm to meet strategic goals

  • Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of experience in lean processes and initiatives

  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role leading inclusive teams initiatives and projects to meet business objectives collaborating cross functionally and influencing positive change
