About the position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Website Specialist (Digital) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital experiences and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website contributing to its continuous improvement and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Make regular website updates including content collateral and images
- Drive A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve conversions and user engagement
- Help build out personalized web experiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve website incidents ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing design and development to implement website enhancements.
- Monitor website analytics and provide insights to inform future strategies
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in web maintenance/management
- Experience using website CMS & tools such as WordPress and GoogleAnalytics
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and web design principles
- Knowledge of ABM and personalization platforms such as 6Sense and Mutiny is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving web trends.
