Harwood Lloyd LLP of Hackensack NJ is looking to hire a full-time Paralegal with experience in Commercial Real Estate and Litigation to join our transactional group. The position requires hands on experience with our transactional attorneys to draft legal documents and opening maintaining and organizing client files. Whether its monitoring attorneys calendars and answering client calls with a professional telephone etiquette or scheduling Zoom meetings your accuracy thoroughness and attention to detail ensure that things are done right the first time.

In our Commercial Real Estate department you work hand-in-hand with our attorneys to provide daily administrative support filing motions and drafting legal documents and opening maintaining and organizing client files. Whether its monitoring attorneys calendars and answering client calls with a professional telephone etiquette or scheduling Zoom meetings your accuracy thoroughness and attention to detail ensure that things are done right the first time.

While you are organized and love the satisfaction of getting things done you are also a people person and enjoy interacting with clients the courts and colleagues throughout your workday. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

• Bank Loan Reviews
• Preparation of commercial leases purchase and sales agreements and closing binders
• Experience communicating directly with the courts and with clients
• Coordination of closings and meetings
• Experience with eCourts and foreclosures
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Detail oriented
• Current technological skills
• Team player

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm position in-office. Hybrid available.
