Were Hiring: AP/AR Specialist

Classical Transportation is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! If you have a passion for finance strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environmentwed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle AP for agents drivers & airline partners (invoices reconciliation payments)

Collaborate with operations to ensure timely contractor & airline payments

Manage AR for customers (billing collections credit management)

Resolve payment disputes & maintain accurate ERP records (QuickBooks SAP or similar)

Prepare AP/AR reports including aging & cash flow impacts

Assist with audits

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience

Hands-on AP/AR experience (ideally in logistics/transportation/supply chain)

Experience with contractors airline vendors & direct customers

Knowledge of variable-rate billing & urgent payment cycles

Proficiency in Excel & accounting software (TMS familiarity is a plus)

Strong organizational & communication skills
