Job Description
Tribal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our Technology this role you will be instrumental in the design development and deployment of our AI-powered products. You will need experience of building robust scalable and production-ready products. Youre happy working solo when the work calls for it but youre also a team player who thrives on collaboration.
Our new hires & employees are the future of our organization and we want to set you up for an effort to do so we expect our team to work from the Tribal Worldwide London office aminimum of 3 days a week.
This is a short-term contract role with a projected end date of November 28 2025.
You will:
- Design develop and maintain high-performance scalable AI solutions using Python.
- Build train and deploy models into production environments.
- Build POCs at speed.
- Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines support cloud-based environments and ensure stability and scalability.
- Implement / maintain testing framework for LLM evaluation and scalability support.
You have
- 5 years of professional experience in software engineering (backend DevOps or full stack).
- Solid understanding of software development principles and experience building production-ready scalable applications.
- Strong skills with Python & Fast API.
- Cloud experience using AWS
- Proficiency with LLMs Pydantic LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration tools.
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
