COBOL & SAS Programming
Mainframe Data Structures (VSAM DB2)
ITSM & Incident Management (L3 application support)
Job Scheduling tools: CA7 AutoSys
Tools (Nice to Have): SAS Enterprise Guide SAS Interactive SAS Management Console
Exposure to WebSphere Application Server
Strong troubleshooting investigation and data analysis skills
Experience with on-call support and production incident handling (P1/P2)
